Aaron M. Sudbury, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Sudbury earned his medical degree from University of Miami, in Miami, Florida in 2000 and was honored with the “Jeffrey J. Goldenberg Memorial Award for Obstetrics and Gynecology.” He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Temple University Campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and received the “Berlex Best Teaching Resident Award” in 2002.
In 2004, Dr. Sudbury opened his private practice, Aaron Sudbury, MD, PA in Bradenton, Florida. Two years later, he acknowledged the community’s growing need for quality OB/GYN health care. In January 2006, he opened Premier OB/GYN Associates, PLLC (now Premier OB/GYN of Manatee) to allow for future expansion and in July of 2006 he invited his colleague, Jennifer Swanson, MD to join the practice.
In addition to standard obstetric and gynecological care, Dr. Sudbury specializes in Uro-Gynecology. He offers state-of-the-art solutions to pelvic prolapse and urinary incontinence with convenient in-office cystometrics testing.
Dr. Sudbury continues to be a leader in the medical community, supporting key medical issues, and serving on Lakewood Ranch Medical Center Credentialing Committee and participating as a board member on Manatee Memorial Hospital’s Physician’s Hospital Organization (PHO). He is instrumental in bringing the latest technology to the medical community including a county wide Health Information System (HIE).

Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), Dr. Jennifer Swanson joined Premier OB/GYN of Manatee in July of 2006. She earned her medical degree from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2002, then went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Temple University Clinical Campus in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was there that Dr. Swanson and Dr. Sudbury met and worked together. Upon completion of her residency in 2006, Dr. Sudbury invited Dr. Swanson to join his growing practice in Bradenton, Florida. With a similar medical background and philosophy, Dr. Swanson quickly became a valuable addition to the practice.

Premier OB/GYN of Manatee, LLC welcomes the addition of Certified Nurse Midwife, Brandy Lee Thomas, to the practice. A warm, understanding individual with expertise in Women’s Health Care proves to be another plus for Premier patients. Whether she’s discussing birth control choices, performing annual well-woman exams, or handling routine obstetric care, Brandy demonstrates her commitment to caring for and educating her patients.
Brandy’s medical background began in 1995 when she served in the Navy as a hospital corpsman, assigned to labor and delivery. It was there that she discovered her passion for women’s health care. Upon her discharge, she continued working in the medical field while earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Nursing at the University of South Florida. For the next few years, she pursued her career by working at Manatee Memorial Hospital and Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in labor and delivery, and in 2010 Thomas graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing. She continued her education in Women’s Health, and in April 2011, Brandy became board certified as a Certified Nurse-Midwife. Having worked in labor and delivery with Brandy, Dr. Sudbury identified her as a prime candidate when he chose to add a Certified Nurse Midwife to the practice.

Y. Annette Jones, RDMS
Annette Jones
When Annette Jones joined Premier OB/GYN of Manatee, she brought with her more than thirty years of sonography experience. She is credentialed by The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Abdomen. She is a member of The Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, The American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, The International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is past-president of The Florida West Coast Ultrasound Society.
Annette received her training at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. During that time she also rotated through Cook County Hospital. Both hospitals are tertiary centers offering a full complement of services specifically dedicated to medical specialties. In the perinatology center, where care focuses on management of high-risk pregnancies, Annette worked directly under center’s director and gained valuable experience from the vast array of unusual cases.
While she is registered in both Abdomen and Obstetrics, it is her love of scanning obstetric patients that has kept her in the forefront of providing excellent sonographic exams for expecting families in addition to her gynecological experience.
Annette was the first sonographer in a private practice setting in Florida to have access to 3/4D Ultrasound. She has mastered and utilized its capabilities in the field of gynecology as well as reveling in the joy of introducing families to their babies with 3/4D ultrasound since 2001.
We are pleased to have Annette on staff where her warm compassionate personality puts patients at ease and her dedication to her profession provides our physicians with outstanding results for quality patient care.
Pamela Herrington, LMT, CNMT

Meet Premier OB/GYN of Manatee’s massage therapist Pam Herrington, PMT, CNMT. Whether it’s through a physician referral, a need to de-stress, or you simply want to pamper yourself, you’ll be pleased with the results of a massage therapy session with Pam.
Certified in Pregnancy, Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue Massage, Pam began her career in 1992 in Battle Creek Michigan where she opened her first massage therapy business, Therapeutic Massage. In 2002, she moved to California and attended Massage Therapy Institute in Davis, California. She became licensed in Sacramento and opened Therapeutic Massage. After moving to Florida, Pam continued her education and expanded her massage techniques by completing 650 hours of training at Florida College of Natural Health in Sarasota. She earned Florida and National Certification.

Mary L. McNeal, Care Coordinator
Mary McNeal
Meet Mary McNeal, our Care Coordinator for Premier Services Plus. She provides comprehensive care coordination to interconceptional and pregnant women and their families. Mary received a BA in psychology from Norfolk State University in Virginia and has more than twenty years of experience working with women and families. Mary is a compassionate advocate for moms and babies and you’ll find her approach to Care Coordination a refreshing educational experience.
As Care Coordinator, Mary will be providing prenatal risk screenings for new obstetrical patients and referrals to appropriate support services for Premier OB/GYN patients.
