Premier OB/GYN, LLC offers a variety of in office procedures. These procedures are preformed in the comfort of our office, which is already familiar and comfortable to you. Offering these procedures in house is typically more convenient and cost effective for our patients, as we avoid the need for hospitalization or general anesthetic.
Once ordered by our providers, Premier’s Patient Liaison will coordinate all the details per your physician. She will answer any additional questions you may have, check on insurance benefits, and provide you with the appropriate educational materials.

Mirena
Mirena® is a hormone-releasing IUD that is over 99% effective at preventing pregnancy for as long as you want, for up to 6 years. Mirena can be used whether or not you have had a child. Mirena also treats heavy periods in women who choose intrauterine contraception.
Hysteroscopy
A hysteroscopy is an in office procedure used to diagnose potential problems in the uterus. It allows your provider to get a clear, unblocked view of the inside of your uterus. The following answers to some frequently asked questions will help you understand more about this procedure.
Colposcopy
A colposcopy is a simple procedure where your doctor examines your cervix, vagina and/or vulva for signs of disease. Many women experience anxiety before their colposcopy exams. Knowing what to expect during your colposcopy may help you feel more comfortable.
